Worked from home. Other employees were awesome to work with. Most of the team managers were great.
Cons
Constantly micro managed. This company IS the definition of Corporate greed!! Cut our commission to by almost 50% over a month ago. Then they let go ALL Canadian Agents with about 2 mins. notice, and only 2 weeks severance regardless of the time you worked there!! This Company brags about having their most successful fiscal year to date, but they do NOT care about the actual people who are doing the bookings, gaining the Customers, making them happy. I will not even get ANY of the commission for the rentals that I booked for the next year now either!! Unless you are going to be one of the big wigs sitting at THE boardroom table making the big bucks....I would stay farrrrrr farrrr away from this Company is does not stand beside or appreciate their employees on the frontlines!! And I was one of the TOP 100 Agents in the Company!!
