Business Outlook

Pros

Nice campus, nice compensation and benefits, nice people. The campus is quite impressive, and it is still expanding and having new buildings built. Pay is very good, especially when it is in a small city like this, not like the east coast or west coast. People are generally very friendly, helpful, and smart. And also, they are very young (can be negative or positive depending on how you look at it).

Cons

Flat structure. Not much opportunities for career advancement. Also, the training is way too long, it turns some of the new employees off... It's like school all over again, except the materials are more mundane. It's boring to learn about one specific computer application (and have to take a ton of tests and projects on it)...
