      Variety of work, challenging, opportunities to find work that interests you

      Cons

      There is a major tendency to enforce policies with little rationale behind it. The insistence on getting us back on campus during a PANDEMIC is completely illogical and honestly disgusting. I was pretty iffy about the culture before this, but overall the pros had outweighed the cons. At this point I am so disgusted by how this is being handled and rationalized I’m ready to start looking for a new job.

      - I get to work with some of the brightest people - Beautiful campus - Culinary

      Cons

      - Division leads getting demoted for pushing back on the return plan - Forcing parents to either work part-time or take a leave of absence, and forcing them to take a pay and benefit cut, when they are the people who need it the most - Failing to keep THE ONLY promise made to employees - a COVID update email at EOM - Banned and removed all open discussions on all platforms regarding company's COVID response
