      Good pay and benefits, decent work/life balance

      Cons

      Chaotic work atmosphere, constantly changing priorities. Non-technical managers make decisions which often end up being disastrous. Constant layoffs, especially for senior workers. Some people are given power to make decisions, based on politics. Very little training for employees in a constantly changing IT environment.
