Pros
Competitive salary Good company culture and benefits. Friendly colleagues. Office space and regular events like breakfast, massages, learning days. I am not forced to travel.
Cons
Salary is based on willingness to do overtimes, But they have not happened in my career yet. Not smooth processes around environments, test data, and cooperation with other units. Colleagues from financial section complain about their manager(s). It is very difficult to get hired, as HR or managers are extremely picky.
