      Pros

      Best employer that I have had in terms of working conditions and additional benefits. Very flexible (depends on the manager I guess).

      Cons

      Its a bureaucracy palace. People don't like change. Generally people have little professional ambition. Very horizontal structure so difficult to grow professionally. Boring daily routine and any minimal change requires ages. Soft skills are valued over hard skills by management. Typical big corp: Everyone has their own agenda instead of working for the best solution possible.

      Work-life balance is greatly improved thanks to work culture in the department (very far from micromanagement) and well paid job.

      Cons

      Not really challenging or formative for my career, as I am not part of a team of data scientists, but alone trying to make a difference in non-data-driven mindsets environment.
