      political background wars, strong alibism, socialism style , very frustrating place to work if you think that you can make something done , just "eating money" , spend hundresd of millions for 5 uyear proejcts, whic can be done in 1 year, with quarter of money. company spend a lot of money for workplace, its really nice, but thats all
