      good interpersonal relations quite big freedom on doing own task some internal procedures are in place that processes between departments can be done along

      As an enterprise different departments often fight/blame each other Nobody knows detailed enough the internal procedures Responsibilities are not clear enough in most of the cases Requirements regarding tasks output usually not defined in the beginning (even conceptual ones) Big extent of "legacy"
