      - international environment - employee benefits (cafeteria, employee rates for bank products, sports club) - flexible working hours

      Cons

      - lack of management alignment - frequent restructuring imposes permanent change efforts and yearly goal reviews are often with different managers than goal setting - no consequent career path, employee development is frequently changed, multi year planning almost impossible

      Pros

      Possible to work in really different areas. Not that much levels within the organisation. Direct line to mid and top management. Perfect work life balance. Nice location (Vienna center). Vienna is a very, very nice place to live.

      Cons

      Very, very political, some weak mid management "no decision makers" . Legal is king. Due market environment and market structure (austrian retail market is an oligopoly) a lot of people concentrate on internal politics.
