Everyone wants to bring snacks for you. Friendly people Diverse personalities Good location

Cons

HR is condescending and treat you like a number, unfortunately my manager was new and went straight to HR but other managers know better as most people don't get fired, rather get warnings and time for reconciliation then if all fails then get terminated. Work socials feel compulsory as it helps bond teams but isn't that what work is for, I've noticed that they spend more time with colleagues than people outside of work. Not a good place for work life balance, definitely consumes you

Global corporate with lots to learn. It will definitely improve your skills.

Cons

Expedia is going through a major global reorganization and cost cutting. Lots of stress and long hours, definitely not the right time to join. Real shame as it used to be a great company to work for

A lot of fake help. Disrespect aswell if you're not upper management. You can't say anything without people getting offended. Vice presidents think they are Gods. Calm down, outside of this company your title doesn't mean anything! The meetings are horrible, people love the sound of their own voice. Talking for hours when they could've just sent an email. Everything is about gloating and showing what they've done. Feels like you're in primary school..
