Reasonable place to work part-time during study, but not for a career

Pros

Depending on who you work with, could be a very good place to work with a fun atmosphere.

Cons

Extremely hard to achieve expectations, due to cuts to staff hours, management almost never get breaks due to pressure to get things done. In my experience higher management could be a very untrustworthy, i.e. keeping staff in the dark about changes to break entitlement and calling people behind their backs if they are not perfect. Can be very unprofessional at times.

Meeting new people everyday and gaining experience in such a busy atmosphere, 15% discount

Cons

Poor pay for the amount of work that you're expected to do, little to no breaks where you can't even leave site sometimes and never enough time to get everything done

You must be prepared to work hard but good opportunity for progression if you show potential and are prepared to earn it!

Cons

All the way from retail assistant to manager you will have to put stock out and work the tills so must be prepared to get your hands dirty and get stuck in!
