Worked with some awesome people, regular nice customers, discount on products, Xmas bonus

Cons

Stock take done by staff, poor management, other staff didn't clean up after themselves a lot to do after shifts (cleaning up) with minimal help from others, tough mystery shoppers

Farmfoods actually has the potential for many pro's. I had alot of freedom in my store, in terms of merchandising, employment and the freedom to do my own rota (which is a really big thing for me). Overall, the company is paying you to work, not to sit around. The more you work, the easier your job will be.

Cons

Some products for store use are cheaply made, such as mops. Some deadlines that are given are a very tight squeeze. Overall, the company is paying you to work, not to sit around. The more you work, the easier your job will be.
