progression if anything and 15% discount

Cons

lack of cohesion or ability to punish staff. constant sick notes, no shows. no support from area managers. budget for hours worked is pathetic. Management expected to cover EVERY shift so they dont have to pay a retail assistant.

Staff discount is a plus if anything? Meet plenty of nice colleagues within the store.

Cons

The company has invested large sums into expansion, but practically zero into its wider infrastructure. There is no automation in areas such as ordering, and each store is poorly equipped. Turnover across all areas of the business is very high especially among retail assistants and store managers who just cave in due to pressure. The hours are long as expected but you will often put in extra for no recognition which would go a long way to improve the atmosphere. Avoid if you can.

Cons

No family life, work continuously dare to ask for break and long hours. Company is not even that big to recruit for graduates or may be they are not shown the business and only fucus to make them store managers. Nothing after that.
