Pros

It is a job and it is better than not making any money at all. It is consistent and set income

Cons

Sub contracted routes mean poor pay for employees with no benefits generally. Very few contractors have benefits or extra flexible schedules at all. Also hard to take vacation.

Pros

Ability to manage your routes the way you want (with in fedex guidelines) good money as long as everything is running good ,great co workers.

Cons

Routes are hard on trucks ,unpredictable stop counts. Need at least 3 routes to operate smoothly ,routes are costly , extreme weather conditions,if the packages make it to the terminal, they will be delivered

Pros

Great hours, Friendly environment, great management, good people to work alongside, Great pay.

Cons

Little training, not terribly long term service with a contractor, I've got nothing else bad to say.
