Pros

Great teamwork, friendly people and awesome building. PTO is good

Cons

24/7 365 day a week- expect to work some holidays and weekends. Management communicates, but a lot seem to not talk among each other and lots of gray area

Good benefits, 401K, and pension plan. Generous vacation time.

Cons

Don't apply here unless you plan on working nights and weekends the rest of your career. The company has terrible management and because they can't hire and keep employees they force tenured employees to work nights and weekends. Management is planning to do rebids annually which means you are assigned a shift not based on your hard work or experience, but based on your seniority in your team. Because they pay management so poorly, most of the facilitators are uneducated and have no professional experience outside of Custom Critical. People are promoted to satisfy affirmative action requirements.
