Great training, on going training and they are always looking to improve service by putting their people first.

Cons

Work durning the holidays is required to ensure everyone gets their presents on time for Christmas.

Pros

Never a dull moment, lots of new exciting technology, instant brand recognition.

Cons

The company will tell you your "total compensation" is $XX,XXX but that includes the full bonus at the end of every fiscal year, which the company has not reached in several years. You're also expected to work a 50 hour work week so when you crunch the wages down to an hourly basis you're not making much more than a package handler.
