Pros

Good Benefits and 401K match was decent. The brand is well known and a common name in the industry. There are many locations to seek employment.

Cons

Health Insurance is not what it used to be, Insane amount of hours and no lunch allowed if you are in management and the pay is peanuts compared to the amount of work you do. FedEx has a habbit of understaffing to hit operational metrics but never shows it's employees the truth about if their operation is making or losing money. They are rude to customers, overcharge them for anything they can and damage alot of shipments. Additionally, their is poor top down communication and little to no cross communication from the different departments.

Really hard to mover from operations to other jobs. Too many hours and no overtime pay.

Good benefits with matching 401K. Opportunity to move up with the company. That's the only good things I can think of.

Cons

Long work days with no breaks. Very hot in the summer. Higher management doesnt care about your quality of life. FedEx hires anyone to load trailers then say its your fault they cant do the job.
