Pros

Not many Pros I can think of anymore.

Cons

FedEx is not a People company anymore. They have lost their way and only care about making the investors happy. Benefits and pay are slowly being eroded. Customer service used to be a top priority but that has changed in recent years.

* 60+ hour work week * Punished for taking vacation * Lack of proper Upper management Leadership *Will blame you for not completing impossible tasks. *Everything that goes wrong in the building your to blame.
