Pros

Somewhat competitive pay(enough to keep you there but not enough for the job to be worth it), benefits are better than other places.

Cons

Work life balance doesn't exist if youre management and higher, individual performance accountability (everyone makes roughly the same based off a tier system but those that underperform cause more work and reports for others instead of just fixing the isolated issue). Use to be a 4 day work week but even if you get all your house in 4 days or all of your tasks are done they require you to come in on a 5th day when there's no operation going on to make sure you work enough hours.
