Pros

Decent if you dont have any options

Cons

not as much promotion as they say. can only really move up when some one else moves up or leaves. basically every position is filled so you move up when its available

Pros

Good benefits. Full time: you get your hours and frequent overtime (depending on location). Paid time off, holiday (thanksgiving, christmas, New Year), Sick time.

Cons

Not career or skill development oriented. They have a learning plan you and your manager develop but will never allow you to train the skills you are interested in developing. Will not cross train even though you are supposed to be cross trained. Management is childish; lack of communication, lack responsibility, bad people skills. Team members are a mixed bag; some will work others will pass off work and do nothing. Management will let slackers be slackers and place the rest of responsibility on the few harder working employees. After being in a car accident outside of work I sustained an injury to an eye and my back. I was going to therapy and returned to work with a doctors not to be placed in lighter work load while I was finishing therapy. I asked if I could switch with a co-worker and work in the business center instead of the parcel center. My manager refused to accommodate me because he didn't have anyone to switch me with. His excuse was that the other team members were female and could not do heavy lifting and that no one in the center is cross trained (referring to team that has been there at least a year and more without cross training).
