      Pros

      Get a 30 cent raise in 3 months! Good exercising because you are constantly walking and lifting (cardio and upper body strength). Good overtime pay when holiday season comes around. Good warehousing experience.

      Cons

      Don't have a set schedule so you have to call every morning/day to know what time you work. Some days u work 2 1/2 hours, some days you work 4-5 hours, and some days the sort gets cancel due to not enough freight. And some days you come in earlier.

      Pros

      Management was great and the people that work there are just as great. If you're a college student, you are eligible for tuition reimbursement. While working in DTW, scheduling and asking for time off was never a problem!

      Cons

      Lack of hours throughout the year, shifts can be short. It seems that you either have little hours to a lot of hours.

      Above average pay, if you have problems with people higher up in management you can go to HR.

      Cons

      You won't get a raise for working hard so don't work harder than the person who's working the least.
