Pros

Co-Workers are helpful and friendly.

Cons

Compensation and benefits are relatively low, and management often lacks the necessary competence. Advancing within the company is challenging, with promotions typically taking 4-5 years. Recently, job security has become a significant concern due to the company's weak leadership. Work-life balance largely depends on navigating corporate politics. It's wise to keep your resume updated, as layoffs occur each quarter. Even those with a PhD may find themselves assigned to tasks suitable for undergraduate-level employees.Last 2 years, many great Data Scientists left this company and this trend is continuing....

Pros

No major pros apart from flexible work timings. Not a good place for junior employees. Only seniors can survive that too with very limited work. No opportunities will be given for juniors to grow.

Cons

Roles and responsibilities change at any point of time. Work will not be given and Management threatens to put resources in PIP just for the budget cut-over. Micro management happens in most cases. Not a good place to work for whom career growth is priority. You can be put into any project based on Management requirement though the skillset doesn't match. Management does not know how to save their resources and puts resources careers' at risk. No proper work is given to employees at first place. Only documentation works or small tasks will be given. Not a friendly environment within the office. HR team also does not give good support in resource allocation to the respective projects. No scope of moving to different team. Employees will be promised of having great organization values before joining, in which company does not follow any values for their employees. People will be hired but will not be given work for months in case of juniors.

Pros

Opportunities if you are in the right spot and can consistently demonstrate your value.

Cons

Nothing is the same after many years with the new CEO, board members, DRIVE, layoffs and new India IT center. The culture has deteriorated significantly. The once incredibly committed workforce is now committed enough to try avoiding being downsized.
