I made some of my best friends working here.

Cons

Management here is a joke. They move bad managers around instead of getting rid of them. Toxic people should be removed from the equation not moved to new opportunities.

Pros

Pay is decent but compared to the market it is below. Work isn’t hard unless they ask you to work overtime.

Cons

So many red flags. When it went from one week in office to two weeks a month. Things began to go downhill. Asking reps for more and more overtime without remorse. Once they get what they need out of you it’s a waiting game to see who they like and will brown nose the most to get a role out of entry level. College kids with no experience are more valuable than people with real work experience. Then it’s the people that kiss up to their managers then it’s all about what color you are. Don’t believe me at first class it seems diverse but then you begin to notice it’s either one or the other. Not much room for people of a certain color. It’s either you fit in with their narrative or you will not have opportunities. Younger generation will be promoted and giving more opportunities and bonuses before you will even get an opportunity to think about a new role.

Cons

Absolutely the worst career experience of my life. This place is kool-aid heavy with a top-down management style. Absolutely toxic. Get licensed and run as fast as you can from this company. Do not fall for the carrot they dangle in front of you. I HATED working at this company. I am 100% sure that many of these five star reviews are completely fake.
