Pros

Benefits are great. Work environment is casual. If you like investing and financial industry, you might be happy.

Cons

Though the possiblity of starting in customer service and growing into other roles is highly used as a selling point in the beginning, it is nearly impossible to actually do it due to the office politics. Layoffs or forced resignations have become the norm- they are always trying to do more work with less heads. Finally, if you have any kind of personal crisis, it's fine for a day or two. but if it affects your mental health and ends up causing long-term issues...good luck! You'll likely be PIP'd out of there in no time. As for the work/life balance they are currently advertising, the flexibility is a joke if you have a family. Yes, it's flexible for the young, childless demographic, but if you need true flexibility, steer clear!

Pros

Fidelity is a name that looks good on a resume, that’s about it.

Cons

Not enough training, bad pay, job is miserable. They try to make it seem like there are tons of opportunities from this position but there aren’t. You will end up on the phones for the rest of your life.

Pros

Excellent benefits and 401k match

Cons

They drive out older, longer teřm employees, job security depends on customer surveys and less than a perfect score is equal to failure, so on a 7pt scale a 6 is a fail. All scores and comments apply to the phone rep EVEN if the comment has nothing to do with your service or skill and management will not budge or modify metrics. If the back office fails to deliver, they don't get the bad score or comment, the innocent phone rep does-- Fidelity shoots the messinger.
