Great benefits, too much office politics, no concern for employee's mental health
Pros
Benefits are great. Work environment is casual. If you like investing and financial industry, you might be happy.
Cons
Though the possiblity of starting in customer service and growing into other roles is highly used as a selling point in the beginning, it is nearly impossible to actually do it due to the office politics. Layoffs or forced resignations have become the norm- they are always trying to do more work with less heads. Finally, if you have any kind of personal crisis, it's fine for a day or two. but if it affects your mental health and ends up causing long-term issues...good luck! You'll likely be PIP'd out of there in no time. As for the work/life balance they are currently advertising, the flexibility is a joke if you have a family. Yes, it's flexible for the young, childless demographic, but if you need true flexibility, steer clear!
