      Great start in the industry.....but it's a call center

      Pros

      Great opportunity to get your licenses(7 & 63) Excellent benefits including tuition reimbursement and travel discounts Thorough training program covering all manner of content $1000 sign on bonus

      Cons

      Call center environment is physically and emotionally draining Once you're branded a phone rep you have very little mobility unless you're willing to go to a branch or another phone role Firm pushes career development focus but the only ones that move up either know the right people or get continually rejected for years until eventually getting a break Having every second of your day tracked is nerve wracking

      1. Work Life Balance 2. No work pressure 3. Lot of training's provided - but no real objective and value out of it

      1. Complete Bureaucracy with dumb senior management 2. Poor leadership at top management 3. Highly political environment 4. Senior management in India don't contribute anything meaningful 5. Slow growth and limited learning opportunities, low quality of work delivered from India 6. No Transparency, low integrity and lot of discrimination 7. Ineffective performance management system - People promoted based on relationship than true competence 8. Company Values are just superficial and not practiced

      Top Notch Company that allows harassment

      Pros

      The employees outside of management are great. The cafeteria is awesome and the building is beautiful. There is a reason for this.

      Cons

      The beauty covers the horrific harassment that is taking place in this company. There is a male manager that goes after women as his prey and tries to force them out of the company. The higher ups know about this and continually cover it up. I hope the owner reads this and goes to the Morrisville NC site to take a deeper look at all male managers. There are women managers that like to bully. This needs addressing as well. I would never recommend this company to anyone. As you see the beauty of the building it quickly deteriorates into a horrible reality that no woman should have to endure.
