Pros

The pension plan appears promising, and learning days.

Cons

There's an increasing trend of promotions based on relationships rather than merit at CAPE Ireland, and it's becoming more problematic.

Great co workers, terrible upper management

Pros

There were some great people who worked there. They had great benefits and the offices were very nice

Cons

I came in after getting my degree to this new "entry program" and told them I wasn't particularly interested in answering phone calls. During the interview, they said there were "some phone calls" in this job, but you would be spending most of your time learning about the company, then be able to choose where you wanted to go within the company and learn toward that. In reality, you were just pushed to take 401k phone calls most days and they tried their hardest to get you to only pursue other phone roles. Do not recommend this program if you don't want to be stuck on phone calls every day. The pay was also terrible for a role that at the time required a degree.

Pros

401k match is great, 7% Offer other little benefits like a fitness reimbursement up to $300.00 Personally I haven't had a negative team experience

Cons

They say they promote diversity and inlcusion and stress the culture and all those other buzz words but they really dont do anything other than talk about it. They're forcing people to come back to office even though there's been massive feedback about how that will negatively impact employees - upper management doesn't even pretend to care anymore. They're looking to cut costs and take it from raises/bonuses/OT even though the company has had huge growth and the company owner is one of the richest women in America There is a huge issue with managers not being able to provide actionable/useful feedback when trying to move to a new role or when discussing performance. They tell you how great you are but when it comes to why you didnt get the job/performance rating you were expecting they just tell you someone was just a little better but keep doing what you're doing
