      The culture of Fortinet truly empowers employees to do "the right thing" for the customer and help to grow the business. The teamwork is 2nd to none and folks are always willing to help a colleague.

      Cons

      Fortinet is still evolving and some of the internal collaboration tools could use a little refresh.

      Great company to work for! The people are great, good management, good benefits, home office available, great products. I believe people are the great asset of this company.
