There are no clear mechanisms to evaluate results or to ensure that everyone in the team is held to the same standards. There’s a widespread perception of poor meritocracy: while some employees work hard and take ownership of their targets, others seem to remain in their roles without delivering measurable outcomes or meeting basic expectations. The absence of proper follow-up and corrective action leads to frustration and an unbalanced team environment.

      Cons

      Horrible culture, very male dominated. Horrible work culture and back to the office mandate with zero benefits. Absolutely zero progression and forget about pay rise. Micromanagers watching your every step and timing your breaks
