Pros

You get to borrow equipment to do more work at home so the company can also spy on you there too.

Cons

Where to begin other then toxic, greedy and untrusting. Dont kid yourself as this is a Chinese company with the same self-serving mentality. If you show any weakness like work/life balance or mental struggles they will fire you. Do yourself a favor and apply to Palo Alto Networks or another tech company that cares. Fortinet will offer you a shiny package and starter pay...work you like a donkey and just when you feel you are secure they will screw you and your family/futures.

Pros

-Stocks and that's only granted when you are new hire.

Cons

-Low salary for the hard work, many tasks expected from engineers -Managers are ineffective to push any requests to top management. Whatever you request answer is 'No' -They squeeze all costs especially from TAC including benefits, overpayments. -No social events, they cut budget for it as well. -Attending to external training or cybersecurity events NOT supported.
