- you'll learn a lot about their products - You'll get to be a more rounded tech support in networks - Work remotely most of the time

Cons

- Pay is good, but not that great once you see the kind of work you do on a daily - management lack experience and dont know how to encourage their team - multiple calls a day. All sort of issue and complexity
