The only pro is that you can Work From Home.

Cons

Pay is extremely low Micromanaged every second Schedule constantly changes Reduction of hours Make one mistake your job at risk Company doesn’t do their part which results in angry customers. Logging in and out of the system takes 5-8 minutes of your break time away. Feel like just a number. There’s no room for advancement. It’s not worth it!
