Lots of systems that you need to manage at a time which keeps increasing overtime . Favoritism in management decisions; promotion processes lack transparency and fairness Long working hours (44 hours/week excluding unpaid lunch breaks) with pressure to do overtime Strict rules against any non-work-related activity, even during downtime; impacts morale and motivation Limited flexibility for basic needs like bathroom breaks during peak periods Office environment is physically uncomfortable due to excessive air conditioning directly above workstations Confirmation process (linked to salary increase) is inconsistently applied, often delayed well beyond the promised timeline Advancement beyond the initial role is extremely difficult, regardless of performance Company-provided transportation is limited(1 time per day), overcrowded, and inefficient(long routes in different sub-cities)
