Unprecedented room for growth in technical skills. Extremely clever people. Rumored to be one of the biggest private-sector kubernetes environments on the planet.
Cons
None that matter. Sometimes the freedom for each team to do what they want within reason can result in some overlap. A lot of the technical work is bespoke so it can be hard to hit the ground running, but GR are very much aware of this and do not ask too much too soon.
