Pros

Incredibly successful business, lots of smart people, great work life balance, even better future ahead. Nows a great time to be working at GR!

Cons

Security isn't ideal but it's getting better.

Pros

Good work life balance Quite social

Cons

Strange decisions are made and senior management acts like they have no agency to change it. They make it hard to leave, which has the effect that many people (especially senior management) don't really want to be there causing a negative atmosphere.

Lack of Inclusion and Accountability

Pros

Nice offices with onsite perks

Cons

The company has significant issues with accountability and diversity. Leadership often ignores inappropriate behaviour and valid concerns, particularly when involving senior employees with tenure or personal connections. HR fails to address these issues effectively, and there are no meaningful opportunities to provide upward feedback on managers. The culture is exclusive, secretive, and heavily top-down, with favouritism affecting morale. Diversity is a serious challenge in both locations, especially in Dallas, where the office is approximately 90% male, creating a difficult environment for female employees on my team. There is a noticeable divide between US and UK teams, with constant comparisons that hinder collaboration and productivity. If you're considering joining, I would advise digging deeper into the culture. You can see first hand the lack of diversity in the office if you come onsite. Be wary of recent reviews, as HR has been actively soliciting newer employees to post positive feedback online.
