Going downhill fast

Pros

Interesting tech stack, some bright people to work alongside

Cons

The company has laid off 10% of the workforce two years in a row, including some well liked and respected long timers, while cutting most of the morale and events budget, so morale is terrible.

Pros

Surrounded by very smart people, cutting edge tech, challenging work. All my colleagues were very likeable too.

Cons

Incredibly high security, limited internet access, no phones in the office, rigid working hours.

Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. As an IP generating company, it's important we have such security measures in place to protect the integrity of our company. We however also understand that this type of environment may not be for everyone, and respect your position on this. We wish you all the best in your future career.

Soul crushing

Pros

Good pay (industry standard, maybe not at the top end though), benefits, free lunch. Some good people in there but the very best people have left already. Work / life balance ok but it s also hard to disconnect as it can get into your head.

Cons

Loads of corporate BS with a good dose of hypocrisy. Mid level management kind of useless and getting in the way. No real career opportunities. Very bad for mental health overall. Gr has turned into a monster burning good people out and replacing them with fresh blood. Things have been declining quite a bit in recent years.
