Pros

- Internship projects are both fascinating, novel, and provide a good challenge - Pay and benefits are excellent and you are looked after well by HR - Mentorship is strong with plenty of support channels - Compared to other finance firms, work-life balance is great, with plenty of social opportunities and little leakage out of the typical 9-6 hours - Employee turnover appears to be much better than similar firms

Cons

I have no real cons, but a caveat is worth mentioning. The work is tough and will push you. If you like a challenge then this is not an issue, but this is not an internship where you sit around pushing papers.

Talented colleagues Challenging work Team camaraderie Opportunities for fun, freedom Flexible working environment even for those in the Hub model Market adjustments for pay (THEY watch the market compensation for jobs and, unprompted, apply significant upward adjustment)

Cons

Some jobs not eligible for Hybrid model but they get extra vacation and lots of flexibility
