      Very smart people Good benefits - pension, free lunch, flexible working Nice office Good salary

      No job security Bad place to work for supporting functions (lot of deadlines which keep changing , work you did becomes meaningless in the next second, questionable decision, lack of respect for people's time ). Engineering and Research is the place to be Micromanagement from senior leadership team A lot of strange decisions and often change of direction Too much security - everything takes longer than it should
