Pros

Good work life balance Quite social

Cons

Strange decisions are made and senior management acts like they have no agency to change it. They make it hard to leave, which has the effect that many people (especially senior management) don't really want to be there causing a negative atmosphere.

Pros

G-Research has some of the brightest people in the industry which is great from a learning perspective. They also focus strongly on building a collaborative environment so you don't have the typical cutthroat nature I think you see at some firms in the industry.

Cons

Firm is pretty strict about security, which has it's pros and cons as well. Also it's less known outside the UK so the name brand recognition is still being built up in places like the US.
