-The company culture is phenomenal. I have never felt so welcomed and supported coming into a new role. -There is incredible growth opportunity. They will be hiring hundreds of positions in the coming years. -Compensation, benefits, and paid-time off are all very generous.

Cons

None that I have found so far. This has been a great transition for me.
