Pros

Gartner treats their employees really well. There are great benefits! There is a lot of room for growth and the other people you will work with are high quality. The collaboration culture is great here and there are lots of great team building activities.

Cons

There is a steep learning curve when you are first getting started. It takes most people 3 months or more in the role to feel comfortable doing their job.

Pros

Gartner is an awesome company - I have worked in services for 2 years. The organization is positive, motivating, and exciting. I've been promoted once during my tenure. Lots of opportunities for promotions, work/life balance is great. Awesome benefits and good salary. Great PTO as well!

Cons

Metrics focused. Our goals are contradictory with sales partners - need more of a unified approach.

Pros

Gartner has a collaborative culture where people are always willing to help you. You can feel free to ask questions of anyone in the organization and there is a genuine desire to help. Ability to grow within the organization there are constant openings and a realistic ability to move up within the company. Career growth is actively discussed. Constant training both when you start the role and while in your current position. Able to speak with our clients who are C-level executives and this develops and hones your business acumen and overall executive presence on a daily basis. Benefits are competitive and you are able to achieve work / life balance.

Cons

Excessive team meetings to discuss metrics and what we are doing to achieve them. While meetings are helpful the number should be reduced since it takes away time that we could be in front of clients. Often times the same thing is discussed during every meeting.
