Pays well, The people alongside you are good.

Cons

Worst micromanagement culture. A lot of toxic, outdated and Old sales tactics like pulling up everyone’s numbers to see contributions and instead of commending efforts, asking people to explain to their peers why they’ve had a bad week. Sales targets are poorly managed and distributed. Not a great culture. It all comes from the top. Also the morale of the company and how they do business is bad, internally the business unit teams don’t talk, and they all hate each other. And clients hate working with them even more.

Everything they advertise during the interview is fake!

Cons

Toxic environment, they protect their favorites, Horrendously suffocating bureaucracy. Nothing short of blind positivity bordering on stupidity and strict adherence to a very prescribed and failing approach will suffice.

Decent pay, good business learning opportunity if you get to listen in to analyst conversations.

Cons

Micro management that stems from the top down, they wont listen to your concerns, so much political BS, very short term thinking at the AE SM AVP RVP level, everyone just wants to secure their next promotion before the crap storm they created catches up with them.
