Management is not good at all. They are highly manipulative using toxic tactics to get goals met. You can’t really trust the advice your boss gives you bc if anything goes wrong they take zero responsibility. I don’t know if it’s a Greenwich/Stamford thing but it’s also the most snobby company I have ever worked for. It’s like a big clique where everyone is coming after each other - especially given the toxic environment atmosphere. When I left and started my new job it was night and day difference in the way the employees were treated in-comparison to Garter. They only care about what you can do for them not vise versa. I believe this company believes and wants their staff to turn over every 2 to 3 years and only keep a select few favorites. Definitely don’t speak up bc you will be reprehended and have no room for growth.

Compensation is a huge opportunity for the services group. Many of us (3-5 year vets) left and doubled our salaries to do the exact same role, less clients, and accounts. I would have stayed if they would have increased my salary to meet the market demand.
