Extensive Training Large Clients Team Collaboration good place to learn new trends etc.

Cons

No career progress internal hiring is an eye washer - no real opportunities - salary discrepancies among people doing same jobs below market average or average salaries APAC is a small arm of USA only taking orders storm of unwanted meetings to keep you busy and stuck with metrics
