      Pros

      People for the most are nice. Pay is par for the job.

      Cons

      Management could use a refresher in Business Management 101. They will not listen to any fresh ideas. This is not a think outside the box company.

      Leadership fosters an environment where internal competition is encouraged rather than collaboration. The company has not invested enough in product development (for both the team in this department and the product itself), leading to gaps in the solution that impact customer satisfaction. Instead of focusing on scalable, value-driven sales strategies, leadership prioritizes relationship-based selling tactics that are not converting to sales. Despite promoting a strong culture, there are many internal business practices that contradict these values. Employees who challenge decisions or voice concerns are at the top of the list when the company does another round of layoffs.
