Thank you for your review! I would have to agree that it is one of the best places to work, and I also appreciate my coworkers that we are mission-driven. Career development can be tricky; if you feel left behind or underappreciated, please reach out to your manager, skip level, or even me; we are always happy to help. - Tony Hawke, Director of Engineering

Pros

Fully remote is great. Additionally, the work-life balance is fantastic. The comp & benefits are exceptional. I believe in the vision Glassdoor has and upper management is very encouraging and helpful.

Cons

Due to the indeed+glassdoor partnership, there's consistent changes to quota. This isn't a huge negative, however. Sales orgs change quotas and commission structures regularly.

Pros

This place has an amazing culture and hires really well for hard-to-find, highly skilled people who are also friendly and supportive. I love working here and don't plan to leave anytime soon. Great benefits including really good health insurance.

Cons

Too much focus on DEI, and unclear company sustainability for the long term.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We do our best to create experiences and products that employees are proud of, and feedback like yours helps us understand how we're doing. I'm so glad to hear you've had positive experiences with Glassdoor's culture. We think culture makes a big difference, and we want to continue building on it. Regarding DEI, I'm sorry to hear it's felt like a trend. We did kick off our DEI efforts in 2020, similar to many other companies. But long-term our goal is to make DEI a mindset, where Glassdoorians feel totally empowered to share their ideas and build community at work. We hope that mindset helps support our culture in the long run. If you're open to it, I'd love to learn more about your experience with culture and DEI -- feel free to shoot me a note at dei@glassdoor.com. - Chantal Salazar, Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
