Pros

-W/L balance -Fair Comp -Great mgrs and co workers -Reasonable workload for role

Cons

-Limited growth opportunities -POC promoted at a slower rate -We practice transparency but were caught off guard by the lay offs last year. If theres a way to share that conversations are happening months before, than people could plan accordingly.

Hi there - thank you for taking the time to share your experience and the fulfillment that comes with a positive work/life balance, workload, and peers. I also hear your feedback as it relates to career progression and the announcement of the layoff last year. I cannot speak for the promotion rate of all POCs within Glassdoor, but I know this has been Priority One for our DEI team. Within our CS teams, we run a fair and equitable calibration process, ensuring there is consistency and alignment in our process, this goes for the actual performance rating as well as promotions. I understand wanting more transparency leading up to the layoffs but I also recognize our senior leaders need to balance various legal, strategic, and practical considerations when making decisions about disclosure timing and communication strategies around layoffs, and providing advance notice is not always possible. - Kristin Brandon, Director of Customer Success

Pros

Compensation is fair, and the people I work with are skilled, supportive, & collaborative.

Cons

Management is pulled into too many different directions where I'm often wondering what exactly are they managing for our team aside from a weekly team meeting. Burnout is always present and has been expressed continuously each quarter, but there hasn't been any meaningful changes from upper-leadership.

Hi there - thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I'm pleased to hear that you find our compensation fair and that you appreciate the skills, support, and collaboration of your colleagues. However, I am truly sorry to learn about your concerns regarding management and the presence of burnout within your team. I agree with you that the primary responsibility of a manager should be managing and supporting their direct team; however, I also recognize that many of our managers are also asked to help lead, consult and/or advise on various OKRs and initiatives that might leave you wondering what makes up their day. I know you mentioned that you don’t feel your manager is engaged, and if you don’t feel as though you can approach them with your concerns, I would encourage you to reach out to your Director. - Kristin Brandon, Director of Customer Success
