Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Glassdoor and the Machine Learning teams. I am glad that you are enjoying your work, our inclusive culture, and the mentorship you received. We have lots of interesting and challenging problems to solve. Having a highly motivated, innovative, and efficient team is key to delivering high value to the business. I want to thank you and the other team members for your contributions! We are always seeking ways to improve meeting efficiency, for example, a recent Meeting Landscape survey was launched to develop company-wide meeting best practices, and within Machine Learning we added Lightning Talks and cross-team sync-ups for better collaboration. If you have any specific ideas or suggestions, please feel free to reach out to me or speak with your manager. - Zixin Wu, Sr. Director, Machine Learning

Thanks for your review. I agree that we walk the talk when it comes to culture, mission and being employee-focused! Additionally, thanks for the feedback on the need for more strategic guidance to teams from Sr. Management. We can and will do better. I am now in my second year as the Head of the Product Team and my vision and strategy to transform Glassdoor into a community for workplace conversations has never been more clear. My job is to make sure the rest of the Product team is aligned so that we can move forward together efficiently and with clarity on our goals. - Andy Chen, SVP, Product, CPO

Pros

Great respectful people, WLB, meaningful work. Transparency with salaries.

Cons

I personally love seeing coworkers IRL but live across the country thanks to the flexible remote work policy. I miss having coworkers IRL. Honestly that’s all the only con i can think of.
