Pros

Great people - lots to learn and grow Impact on millions of users Amazing comp and perks

Cons

Slow speed of shipping - great ideas can become remnants of themselves after months of reviews and cuts or even never make it.

Pros

Losing hope. They have all-hands where they try to make it seem like everything is happy-go-lucky, but all the employees i know are dissatisfied. They constantly have layoffs, and folks have been getting notified in the worst way possible.. It's like a real life squid games.

Cons

Like sitting in a lukewarm bathtub you're praying will get hotter on its own. My total comp went down this year despite getting a good year-end rating. I've been trying to go for promotion for the past 3 cycles, but my manager keeps changing and the bureaucracy makes it incredibly difficult to pass.
