Pros

Food, smart and friendly coworkers.

Cons

Pretty good from what I can tell. If you have a bad manager, trust your gut and run. Depending on team and org.. questionable leadership.

Pros

Great pay and benefits. There's overall a culture of respect across the company.

Cons

Culture can vary a lot across orgs and teams— some teams will have a healthy work-life balance culture and some will have very long hours, sprints all the time, etc. Also politics get heavily in the way of getting work done so the strategy changes frequently and overall projects tend to move very slowly.

Pros

Great perks and comp can be tough to beat

Cons

Unpredictable layoffs have resulted in a general sense of anxiety. Product decisions can often be top down and don't always center the best experience for the user Limited opportunities for growth. Its a very political environment, if you don't play the game, your career will suffer. Remote policies where changed suddenly with extreme effects on many workers and were not carried out empathetically to worker needs.
