      There is absolutely zero reason why a person of sound mind would want to spend a second of their lifetime in these premises. Worst employer of my life.

      First of all we want to thank you for your feedback. It is obvious that there must have been major problems during your time at Greentube and we want to truly apologize for your negative experience with us. As we are a fast growing company we are in the lucky position to offer a lot of career opportunities - this also leads to new people manager who all need intense training and support in the beginning of their leadership career. As a consequence we have developed a leadership development program in 2017 which we implemented successfully in 2017/2018. After evaluation and feedback we are currently re-working this concept and are confident to prepare our new people manager even better for their new challenge in 2019. It's a pity that you have left the company with that anger and frustration in your mind and we would love to talk with you in more detail about what has happened.       Pros

      Great place to work and learn. Smart colleagues, great in-team communication and direct management. You get to decide how to implement things, but you'll have to take responsibility for what you do. A lot of opportunities to grow by improving the code, the approach, etc. or owning the feature or project. If you like to constantly learn and improve - this place is for you. Nobody will force you to, but all the possibilities and conditions will be provided. Nice new office with good connections. Decent PCs. Latest technologies. Great work-life balance in addition to extra company events like company day, company breakfast, X-Mas party, sport events, poker tournaments and so on.

      Cons

      Some decisions are still taken from the start-up perspective - i.e. cutting corners and doing fast rather then right, but that goes away gradually.
